I love when I am able to dress up a pair of sweatpants. I paired my sweatpants with the sweater from my previous post that I told all I would be living in. I completed the look with my clear booties which in my opinion, dress the look up.

Orange You Glad

Hey my loves! I enjoy sharing new outfits and catching up with all of you. Nothing new has really been going on, just working a lot! Before I began working at American Apparel I thought that I would be a bit limited to what I can wear being that I have to dress all in American Apparel but I haven't felt that way at all, at least not yet.. Hahaha! I am still able to play with colors and prints which you all know I love! ♥

Sunday Brunch

Hi my loves! Let me start off my saying that yesterday was one of the best days EVER! My sister, our cousin, a good friend and myself went out for brunch. I suggested we all go to Miss Favela mainly because I have been wanting to go there for over a year now and secondly, because it's walking distance. Hahaha! Well let me say I am beyond satisfied, it was love at first sight. It definitely wont be my last time going there! The food was amazing. Also, they have Forró Sundays. Forró is a energetic yet romantic style of music from Brazil, the Northeast to be exact. After brunch, the restaurant turned into one big party, which was awesome! I had so much fun. I also fell in love with the entrance. It almost felt as if I weren't even in New York. It reminded me so much of my family's house in the Dominican Republic.

In Another Time

What's better than going into your dad's closet and finding amazing vintage things? Today I was really inspired by my dad. Back in  my dad's day, when he was a young fella' he was quite the fashionista! I've always loved looking through my dad's closet because from the funky vests to the vibrant ties, I always lay my eyes on something new! I'm so glad my dad kept all of his things because vintage clothing can get really pricey! So yea, my look for today was inspired by my poppa. Although he's not a big fan of my gold shoes, and probably would have never worn them back then, I of course had to add my own RDM twist!
